All West Coast Water Filtration products are shipped either USPS or UPS unless other arrangements are agreed upon before the order is placed. All orders are shipped the following business day. Delivery times vary and depend on many factors that are out of the control of WCWF. Typically, items will be delivered between 3 and 7 business days.

Free Shipping
Free Shipping is applied to all orders where the shipping address is based in the contiguous 48 United States or the District of Columbia (DC).
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or other areas outside the contiguous 48 states do not qualify for Free Shipping. Shipping to these areas will be at the buyers expense and will be added to your order at the time of checkout. Shipping fees will be actual fees charged by UPS.
Returns
Please call (800) 834-2882 for more information and a return authorization. Please do not return items without first obtaining an RA Number. Returns being done with an RA Number are shipped back to West Coast Water Filtration at the customer’s expense. If you obtained Free Shipping during checkout, the actual shipping fee will be deducted from the refund price.
West Coast Water Filtration is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged returns.
